The Faculty of HSPS-IT Team was formed in 2020 with the remit of providing all local IT support and services to the departments of the Faculty of HSPS and the department of HPS.
Day to day support is provided by the Front Line Services team who will triage all calls and email, redirecting to our Infrastructure and Research support team as required. As well as regular support issues for all staff, infrastructure and research project support we manage and maintain the collection management system for the Museums of Archaeology and Anthropology and the Whipple.
We provide on-site and remote support and advice.
